Welcome to Creators Papaya. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any associated platforms operated by Creators Papaya.
1.Eligibility

- For creators under 18, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.
- You must provide accurate and updated information during registration.
2. Creator Agreements
- Creators must adhere to the guidelines and deadlines of all partnered brand campaigns.
- All content must be original, free from copyright infringement, and align with brand safety policies.
- Content created in partnership with brands must not be deleted or altered without prior written consent.
3.Brand Campaigns
- Campaign deliverables, timelines, and compensation will be defined through campaign-specific agreements.
- Creators Papaya reserves the right to reject content that does not meet quality or compliance standards.
4.Intellectual Property
- Content created for brand campaigns may be used by Creators Papaya and its clients for promotional purposes.
- All in-house produced content (scripts, designs, edits) is the intellectual property of Creators Papaya unless otherwise agreed.
5.Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or act against the interests of the platform.
- Users may also request account termination by contacting us.
6.Confidentiality
- All information regarding brand partnerships, campaign briefs, and pricing is confidential.
- Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action or permanent suspension.
7.Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of India and settled through arbitration.
8.Modifications
- We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
